Healthy Dinner: Airfried Brown-Sugar Pork Loin

Juicy tender simple dinner

I received the Cosori Airfryer as a gift three years ago. I thought- Ill never use this…wow its one of my favorite appliance as a cook for one. Quick, healthy, and really efficient.

Tonight- I was making a garden dinner but needed a protein so, the easy brown-sugar pork loin was perfect. The cut was just shy over 1 pound. So a smaller choice. Cost- $5.67. Nice. Package when opened was three end tips cut. Ok- I can work with this. Left what little fat was there and made a marinade.

In a bowl mix-

1/4 cup avacado oil

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 heaping tsp crushed jar garlic or two cloves chopped

1/4 cup soy sayce

Tsp black pepper

Two Tablespoons Dijon mustard

If you like spicy? Add tsp chilly flakes

Combine and add with tenderloin in a big gallon bag. Refrigerate 30 min- up to 5 hours

Simple marinade adds sweetness and tang

Preheat airfryer– I have the easy to use- Cosori Airfryer. Compact, easy to clean, and very accurate on the tempature control. I love how it can cook with such ease and not heat up the entire kitchen. I highly recommend this smaller unit for the beginner into airfrying.

Arrange marinated meet in oiled basket discard marinade and airfry 20 min at 400 degrees flip at 15 min

Flip again bake and additional 5 min. Don’t overcook.
