Easy roasted acorn squash- taste of fall. 

Carefully clean and slice a fresh squash into four quarters. In a round baking dish add 1 tbl spoon olive oil and 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 small can pinapple tidbits. Add slices of squash and turning and coating both sides. Foil wrap. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.salt to taste.  Beautiful yummy side.
