Easy roasted acorn squash- taste of fall. 

Carefully clean and slice a fresh squash into four quarters. In a round baking dish add 1 tbl spoon olive oil and 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 small can pinapple tidbits. Add slices of squash and turning and coating both sides. Foil wrap. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Season salt and pepper or even cinnamon to taste.  Beautiful yummy side.
