Freezer Pesto

2 cups chopped packed fresh basil

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 cup virgin olive oil

1/2 cup walnuts

Pinch salt and black pepper

Blend to desired consistency. freeze in ice cube trays moving to airtight containers after frozen. Keeps3-5 months.

Great to thaw on a plate for bread dipping.

Add a cube or two to sauces for added flavor
