When we ran our coffee shops in Virginia… I was always looking for creative fun things to bring to the store to up the game a bit. One item that went viral was my chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day. Wow I could never make enough. Fresh strawberries dipped in fine Guitard dark chocolate or sweet white chocolate. The chocolate is the secret- must be the finest and never rushed to melt so they gloss up when dried.

I would order 25 pounds each of chocolate fromChicago direct and always ran out. Also melted my dip in the microwave on level 4 in 20 second increments til smooth. About 6 minutes total. Yum!
