Preheat oven to 350 degrees / grease a loaf pan

Separate bowl mix wet

• 1.5 C milk
• 1 lg egg beaten
• 1 Tbs butter melted

Mix wet into dry ingredients to just incorporate. Will be heavy batter. Pour into greased loaf pan or stone.

Bake 45-55 min until golden brown.
